November 2012  The GNC’s Budget, Planning and Finance Committee is preparing to activate the decision to grant every Libyan family 1,000 dinars to help cover the costs of Eid Al-Adha which started on 25 October. Friday 30th November 2012  A convoy loaded with humanitarian supplies was dispatched to Bani Walid on Wednesday, the head of the Bani Walid Crisis Management Committee has said. Friday 30th November 2012  Western Libya’s main refinery resumed operations on Friday after protesters shut it down for a day, a spokesman said. November 2012 Officials in Zintan have denied that Tunisian citizens have been seized and are being held as hostages in retaliation for the killing in the town of a local man, supposedly by three Tunisians.
