Friday 23rd November 2012 Libya is set to become “the biggest workshop for jobs and reconstruction in the region”, according to National Congress President Mohamed Magarief. November 2012  Twenty-four Libyans wounded in last month’s fighting in Bani Walid flew to Italy today for treatment there. They left on an Italian military flight from Mitiga airport.
