Monday 10th December 2012  Egypt is to collaborate with Libya in producing short films and documentaries charting their respective revolutions and other themes of mutual interest. December 2012  The first soldiers ever to be trained in explosive ordinance disposal inside Libya graduated today, at a high-profile ceremony held at the National Army’s Engineer Barracks in Tripoli.
