Wednesday 19th December 2012  Greek Foreign Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos will be visiting Libya on Thursday, December 20, and will discuss bilateral relations with Libyan officials in Tripoli. December 2012  Drawing on its own transition from dictatorship to democracy in the 1970s, Spain offered to assist Libya in drafting the permanent constitution on Monday, during a major ministerial visit to Tripoli. December 2012 Prime Minister Ali Zeidan received diplomats and representatives from a number of countries at the his office yesterday. Zeidan met the Chinese ambassador, Wang Wangsheng, and the Turkish ambassador, Ali Kemal Aydin, in two separate meetings, who both relayed messages of goodwill from their countries.
