Benghazi women’s rights activist and lawyer Salwa Bughagis was murdered this evening by five gunmen who broke into her home in the city’s Hawari district and shot her in the head. Tripoli, 23 June 2014: The Higher National Elections Commission (HNEC) has announced that 3,816 Libyans abroad have voted in the elections for the House of Representatives.
